- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very unprofessional and rude staff went in with my daughter to obtain a ID/DL for her! We both drove there thinking we could take the test and get everything done. In the midst of talking to a employee on all the documents we needed another employee rudely interjects in our conversation and starts screaming " She do sent have a Driver License?" He is screaming so loudly that we cant hear the man in front of us giving us information we need to obtain one! He then proceeds to storm past us as we are leaving informing the state trooper on scene about my daughter not having a license! I then leave my car to drive her home and he chases my car down screaming"when are you coming back for your car?" We went there to do obtain everything and handle things correctly just to get yelled at by a employee that we were not dealing with and verbally harassed!! I will be reporting him also to his superior! Yes they dont answer the phone because we tried to call in too before we go there all this could've been avoided if they did! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Rude staff that seem almost insulted that you are standing in front of them or that they are there at all. It's literally the most unwelcoming business experience I have had in my life. Phones are always busy. Not surprising though, if you are in there and they ring nobody acts like they heard them. Probably because of the same hatred for humanity that causes them to despise the fact that you are there. Do yourself a favor and drive to Yadkinville and stand in line for an hour.
